By creating an account, browsing, or using Sweet Tasks, you confirm and legally agree that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• You agree to follow all platform rules, guidelines, code of conduct, and verification policies.
• You will use the platform legally, honestly, and respectfully at all times without fraudulent intent.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using Sweet Tasks.

Sweet Tasks is a digital educational platform that teaches users how to correctly perform, verify, and monetize online microtasks, social media marketing, and data assessment actions.

• Non-Refundable Policy: This fee is charged strictly for the digital course content, training tools, system infrastructure, and digital knowledge provided. Therefore, under no circumstances will this registration/course fee (Rs. 3,000/=) be refunded.
• Management reserves the absolute right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the system at any time without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of their account credentials:

• Keeping account login passwords and authentication credentials completely secure.
• Providing real, accurate, and up-to-date KYC and identity information at all times.
• Maintaining strictly one (01) account per individual within the system. Multiple accounts from a single device or individual are strictly banned.

After successfully completing the educational course and activating the plan, users can earn reward points by completing approved tasks on the platform.

• Task Verification Period (Hold/Escrow Period): Every task submitted by a user (e.g., watching YouTube videos, dropping comments, app reviews) must be reviewed and approved by relevant parties. Depending on the nature and requirements of the task, this verification process can take anywhere from a minimum of 2 weeks up to 1 month.
• Points Activation: While earned points may reflect in your wallet upon submission, they will only become available for withdrawal (Active Points) once the holding/verification period for that specific task is cleared and approved. This duration varies from task to task.
• Fraudulent Activity: Fraudulent acts (e.g., deleting a comment, unliking a post, or cancelling subscriptions after getting credited) will result in the forfeiture of all earnings and an immediate permanent account ban.

Users withdrawing their earned money must strictly abide by the following financial conditions:

• Monthly Withdrawal Limit: For platform security and administrative purposes, a user is allowed strictly one (01) bank withdrawal per calendar month.
• System Handling Fee: A 6% system operation and handling fee will be deducted from the total amount of every bank withdrawal.
• Mobile Reloads: Users can request mobile reloads at any time, provided they have fully approved and active points available in their wallet.
• Incorrect Details Disclaimer: Sweet Tasks is not liable for any financial losses resulting from incorrect bank account details, branch codes, or phone numbers submitted by the user.

Users can invite newcomers to join this educational plan using their unique referral links.

• Referral Wallet Withdrawal: Money inside the Referral Wallet can be requested for withdrawal at any time and will be processed to the bank account within 48 hours.
• Abuse & Multi-Account Ban: Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals, creating fake accounts, using automation tools, or setting up multiple accounts from a single device) is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their earnings set to zero (0) and their accounts permanently terminated.

Sweet Tasks enables seamless, instant fund transfers directly between registered members using their unique 8-digit User ID.

• Instant & Unlimited: Transfers between verified members process in real-time without artificial volume caps.
• Final & Irreversible: Once confirmed, peer-to-peer transfers cannot be refunded, reversed, or disputed. Users are advised to review the recipient's dynamic preview (Name, Handle, User Code) before authorizing the transaction.
• Self-Transfer Restriction: Users cannot transfer funds to their own User ID. Attempting to exploit transfer loops will trigger automated security holds.

To access high-volume payouts and P2P transfers, users must complete identity and residency verification:

• Tier 1 (Identity Proof): Submission of an authentic, government-issued National Identity Card (NIC), Passport, or Driving License. Photos must be sharp, clear, showing all 4 corners with legible legal name and document numbers.
• Tier 2 (Address Proof): Official utility bill (electricity, water, telecom) or bank statement issued within the last 3 months matching the user's residential address.
• Forged, modified, expired, or third-party documents will lead to immediate KYC rejection, balance nullification, and permanent platform expulsion.

Users are strictly PROHIBITED from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using bots, macro auto-clickers, headless browsers, VPNs, proxies, or automation scripts.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage the platform infrastructure, APIs, or database integrity.
• Submitting fraudulent, manipulated, cropped, or reused screenshot proofs.
• Engaging in illegal activities or abusing advertisers and platform tasks.

Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the account without prior notice.

Unless stated otherwise, all logos, course materials, website designs, branding, graphics, and software related to SweetTasks remain the exclusive property of SweetTasks.

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, selling, or distributing any course material or platform content without prior written permission.

SweetTasks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not legally liable for temporary website downtime, data losses, payment processing delays caused by third-party banks, or technical errors.

Users use this platform entirely at their own risk and agreement.

We reserve the absolute right to reset all values and balances to zero (0) and temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, cheats the verification system, provides false information, or threatens platform security.

SweetTasks reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any given time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted indicates that the user accepts the revised Terms.
